From 2nd to 7th July 2023, Vítor Vilar, PI of the OZONE4WATER project attended the IOA 26th World Congress & Exhibition, held in Milan, Italy. This event continues a long series of successful congresses organized worldwide by the IOA association to provide an international forum for all concerned with fundamental, engineering, and applied aspects of oxidation techniques involving ozone and advanced oxidation systems. Vítor Vilar presented the work entitled “Cutting-edge ozone-technology for water treatment”, where he shared the main goals of the OZONE4WATER project and the latest results. Vítor Vilar was included in the scientific committee of the IOA 26th World Congress & Exhibition.
